ABOUT

SVETLANA DANILIUK

I am a world record holder in the lightweight category (53 kg) in kettlebell sport, and I am the first woman in Russia to start competing in the long cycle discipline (a double kettlebell lift), having done so since 2015. The Long Cycle was not allowed for women in Russia until 2018.

Regularly competing in International competition, I established world records in kettlebell long cycle marathon 2х12kg at 400 reps for one hour and 281 reps per 30-min. I have world records in kettlebell jerk 2х16kg at 103 reps and biathlon 195.5 points. I am a World Champion and was awarded as the best female athlete within Texas Open, Asian Championship in Singapore, and Asia Grand-Prix in Bali.

In addition to competing in dozens of Kettlebell Sport competitions nationally and internationally, I have competed in tug of war and achieved the rank of Candidate Master of Sport and won the two times Championship of Russia.

I am conducting workshops and seminars around the world, as well as teaching kettlebell sport online.
