The scheme of online coaching follows:
- I create a personalized month-long training program tailored to your goals and direct access to me for questions, video feedback, technique tips by Facebook Messenger, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, and other messengers.
- In order to assess your physical endurance and physical reserves, I send you your training plan every week for the first month, updating it based on your performance.
- For that first month, you record a video of each training session. Based on these videos I provide you with feedback and tips for improving your technique.
- In addition to the kettlebell program you also receive recommendations for GPP (general physical preparation) to get in shape, nutrition, sleeping etc.
Daily direct access to me for questions, video feedback, technique tips, and more.
Single Kettlebell home workout
Suitable for those who have approximately zero hours of free time to drive to a gym, get dressed, work out, take a shower, get dressed again and drive home.
Fitness is a vital part of any overall wellness regimen. There are hundreds of options for improving your fitness: gyms and weights, running, swimming, and countless others. I had to find a fitness routine that could be done easily from home and didn’t require a lot of specific equipment.
During the typical 20-minute workout designed by me, the average calorie burn is 272 calories, not counting additional calorie afterburn due to the substantial anaerobic effort.
The kettlebell is the best all-around option for fitness from home as it requires minimal equipment (a kettlebell), minimal space, and can be considered both strength and cardiovascular exercise.
