Kettlebell sports education is split for three levels. You could continue your education after graduation previous level. Each subsequent level reveals deeper and more detailed knowledge in the kettlebell sport.

Kettlebell fitness will warm up your fitness workout routine with a whole new set of challenges. Cardio without treadmills and strength training without dumbbells. A unique benefit over conventional weight is the design. The handle and «off-set» load makes the stabilizers work much harder since the load is not over the bone structure.
