The first steps of my scientific pathway had stated before I became a coach. I used to be a bachelor student in the Saint Petersburg Transport University and I participated in different student conferences and projects. As a result of this, in 2010 I was awarded a scholarship for high academic achievements in 2008 given by the President of Russian Railways and a scholarship for high academic achievements in 2009-2010 given by the St. Petersburg Government. In addition to this, I achieved the top academic award and was honored with a Diploma for «The best graduate of the State Higher Educational Institution of the St. Petersburg State Transport University» presented by the Mayor of St. Petersburg.
Wishing to be involved in science in 2018 I graduated Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health with honors Master degree in physical education with a specialization «Coaching professional weightlifting athletes». Being involved in kettlebell sport lifting and in that time coaching mostly women, my research was focused on the effects of kettlebell long cycle on the female body.
In 2017 the results of the first stage of research «Self-assessed state of health among female participants in the February 2017 Kettlebell World Club Championship in California (USA)» was presented in the regional intercollegiate conference of young scientists with international participation «A man in the world of sports», dedicated to the 180th anniversary of P.F. Lesgaft, conducted by the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation. I had a paper published in the collection of articles in the Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health «Student science — physical culture and sport». Issue №13, 2017
In 2018 the results of the first stage of research «Measuring the effects of strength-building exercises on the female body, using kettlebell lifting» was presented at the regional intercollegiate conference of young scientists with international participation «A man in the world of sports», dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the participation of Russian athletes in the Olympics, conducted by Russian Federation Ministry of Sports.
Indeed, I am continuing my scientific pathway and most recently, I have been conducting research on the benefits of doing kettlebell sports for older people.
I am always ready for cooperation and open to every suggestion about research and projects.
